No paranoid yes parasites.

This is probably going to be the most disgusting thing I would describe. So be aware..

For a few months I been dealing with low white blood cells.
Low energy.
Nausea.
Bloating.
Horrible stomach pain.
Hives.
Diarrhea or constipation.
Fever at nights for no reason.

Then... I ran to the bathroom and I saw this all white string cheese in the toilet.
Gross nothing but that I continued the day away then again. Omg I had nothing to but white yellowish jelly strings.
I should of gone right away but I waited for my primary MD to be available then my bloating and hives decrease 2 days later they are back with full force.

As im sitting at waiting for anyone to see me now at the urgent care. I honestly don't care If is not my MD. I just want the pain to go away and nausea feeling. I had not much to eat today. I hope they find a solution I been giving the run around so many times. Autoimmune disorder , gluten free, no oats, no peanuts etc
its so frustrating not knowing what is causing this horrible discomfort.
I'll write more hoping they find a solution.

Day 2 No Nuts & 1/2

Today Day 2
All morning Stomach was hurting I don't know why could be the peanuts felt like it was on fire inflames!! Water and water by noon I was back to normal.. where is my latte?? :)

Well my challenge today was to do no nuts.
I tried really hard not to eat any Larabars I was strong! Even though they are so close to my reach. My sweet co-Worker has all kinds of them sitting there for me to grab but nope I resisted, so proud of my self.
At the night time I was weak oh well there is always tomorrow.

Stats
-Bumps and hives are still present.
-dryness still there.

foods

  • Match green tea soy latte with protein
  • apple
  • Freeze dry apples. 6 packages.. yikes!
  • Yumminess that Nate made. Curry acorn squash
  • Shake Soy and PB2.
  • Grated Carrots with honey.

Goal for tomorrow I need more protein other than protein powder and no nuts.

Day 1 of our unprocess challenge.

So I didn't plan as well as I thought due to that this is going to be very lame, short and sweet.
In the future I will have pictures of my foods that I am planning on preparing.

Well in my adventure I decided to convince my self that Starbucks Green tea Latte's are wholesome and non processed I think this is okay so here is my list of accountability.

Cause and effect-

Starbucks green tea soy Latte.
Apple
dry apples
veggies sugar snaps
larabars 2
green Smoothie
Pickles B&B homemade yes!!
protein powder.. yikes this is not in my list but i had to.  I will quit it tomorrow.
PB2 with apples this was so yummy.

Effect..
:( a bit more of my skin rash is coming in.
could it be the PB?? this is new.
Or my protein powder that i over did it in search of more protein since i had no eggs or fish prepared.

Tomorrow tomorrow will tell.

Rules and Reasons for this crazy limitations.

Non processed foods for 21 Days.

Unprocessed food for 21 days it's sort of an elimination Diet for me.I am so happy that my BF Nate has decided to join me on this adventure. Plus my Friend Alison as well she is trying her best to join me in with in moderation. Now we must have some ground logic here right?

Reasons- Because I am trying to figure out what Is causing me to have major skin reactions.  Sadly but for sure I am GF and DF.  I've cut it out but still having issues.. let that be it please.

Rules- Definition of unprocessed is basically everything we eat now days. So in this instance is way too limiting in this chaotic world of  alarm clocks, work and me being lazy, I don't think I can be a Susie home maker.. so here are my rules.

  • -Nothing that has ingredients that we can not pronounced.
  • -No food that has a shelf life longer than my self.
  • -Nothing with added sugars and salt.
  • -Must try to cook wholesome foods at home all week long.
  • -No bread, pastas, chips, or sodas.
  • -We are allowed a one meal cheat a week. :) I have to have a piece of chocolate!!
During my search of a list of foods I ran into this awesome website I know it's no October but hey I am ahead of the game. http://www.eatingrules.com/october-unprocessed-2013/http://www.eatingrules.com/october-unprocessed-2013/

Now let day UNO begin!
